Terms of Sale and Use

General website terms prepared as a starting point. Review them with a qualified adviser before enabling sales.

These terms apply when you browse the MarMel-Bali website or obtain a digital model. By completing a purchase or download, you agree to these terms and the licence shown for that model.

Listings and orders

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed. MarMel-Bali may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, legal restriction or technical fault.

Digital delivery

Access is supplied electronically. You are responsible for providing a working email address, checking software compatibility and keeping your download secure. Access may be limited or withdrawn where payment is reversed or the licence is breached.

Ownership

Purchasing a model does not transfer copyright or ownership. Your use is limited to the applicable MarMel-Bali licence. Sketchfab hosts interactive previews and is not the seller of products purchased through this website.

Model condition

Models are supplied in the formats and condition described on their listing. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. MarMel-Bali is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit or problems caused by modified files, unsupported software or third-party services.

Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the remedy required by law. Otherwise, total liability connected with a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that model.

Comments

You retain ownership of your comments but allow MarMel-Bali to display and moderate them. Comments may be removed if they contain spam, abuse, unlawful material, private information or unrelated promotion.

Changes and contact

These terms may change for future use or purchases. The version applying to an order is the version available when that order is placed. Questions can be sent to marmelbali@gmail.com.
