Refund Policy

Digital model files are supplied immediately after payment. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once download access has been provided, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

When we will help

Contact marmelbali@gmail.com within 14 days if the supplied archive is corrupted, materially different from its listing, or missing a stated file. We may repair or replace the file before considering a refund.

Compatibility

Review the listed formats, software versions and technical details before purchasing. A change of mind, mistaken purchase, lack of suitable software or hardware, or failure to read the listing does not normally qualify for a refund.

Unauthorised payment

Report suspected fraud promptly. Payment disputes may pause download access while the transaction is investigated. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
