Standard Model Licence

General website terms prepared as a starting point. Review them with a qualified adviser before enabling sales.

Purchasing or downloading a model grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that model under these terms. Ownership and copyright remain with MarMel-Bali.

Permitted use

• Create rendered images, animation, games, films, visualisations and client presentations.
• Modify the model for your own project or a project delivered to one client.
• Use the model in commercial end products where the original model files cannot be extracted.

Restrictions

• Do not sell, share, sublicense or distribute the model or a substantially similar derivative as a standalone asset.
• Do not publish source files in asset libraries, stock services, templates or downloadable projects.
• Do not claim authorship of the original model or use it to train an AI model without written permission.
• Do not use the model for unlawful, misleading or infringing purposes.

Seats and clients

The licence covers one purchaser or studio. A client may receive a finished end product, but not reusable source model files. Contact MarMel-Bali for team, multi-client or redistribution rights.

Termination

The licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You must then stop using and delete the model files. Rights that protect ownership, payment and liability continue after termination.
